Islamabad: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Monday announced public holiday on occasion of Youm-e-Takbeer on May 28 all across the country.
The PM said that the Youm-e-Takbeer is a reminder of when the country defence has been made inconvincible.
The nation on the day decided for the security of the country not to compromise by tolerating no external pressure.
The cabinet division has issued a notification regarding the public holiday.
The notification has been issued to all the federal ministries, federal as well as provincial institutions and the State Bank of Pakistan.
