Lahore: Nawaz Sharif has become the party president uncontested while Chief Election Commissioner Rana Sana has issued a notification regarding the-the presidency of a three-time premier.
No any member submitted nomination paper against the life time supremo of the party.
It is pertinent to mention here that Nawaz Sharif had been removed from the presidency being a convicted person six years ago.
Acting President Yousuf Raza Gillani congratulated Nawaz Sharif over becoming the party President.
He said that we will work together for the promotion of the democracy.
