Karachi: Sindh senior minister and transport minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has announced a campaign from Monday against the transporter charging additional fares.
The Minister has instructed actions against the transporters charging additional fares on the occasion of Eid Ul Azha.
Sharjeel Memon said that those will not be pardoned who will tease the passengers.
The transport ministry under the directions of the minister has penned letters to Inspector General (IG) Sindh, Commissioners, Deputy Inspector General (DIGs) and Deputy Commissioners (DCs).
The transport minister said that action will be taken against transporters charging the additional fares.
