Lahore: Provincial Minister for Punjab Mujtaba Shuja Ur Rehman said that Maryam Nawaz got a first chance in the history of the province to become a Chief Minister.
At the onset of his budget speech, the Minister said that first 100 days of performance of Maryam Nawaz are in front of all.
Mujtaba Shuja Ur Rehman said that the Chief Minister Punjab took measures for provision of relief to masses.
He said that Maryam Nawaz became power of his father Nawaz Sharif while he said that all the nation is proud on Maryam Nawaz.
He paid homage to the CM Punjab over taking masses freindly measures adding that Maryam Nawaz implemented on the manifesto of the party.
He said that we are going to present tax free budget while he added that inflation rate reported 11.8 percent.
He apprised that the government reduced interest rate and the government expenditures.
The government initiated crackdown against profiteers and hoarders.
The Minister announced that a sum of Rs 80 billion allocated for the CM District and SGD program.
He apprised that for development of Lahore a Rs 35 billion earmarked while for Muree as a tourism site a sum of Rs 5 billion allocated for it.
