Islamabad: An accountability court in Islamabad has acquitted former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in assets beyond means case.
Judge of the accountability court Islamabad pronounced the reserved verdict.
The NAB counsel in his written reply said that they have no objection over release of Ishaq Dar and others in the case.
The counsel said that there is no evidence of corruption in the case that’s why we don’t want to go forward more in the case.
The court disposed of the case today in the light of the statement of National Accountability Bureau.
It is pertinent to mention here that Ishaq Dar tried again for the allegations after the Supreme Court court decision in the NAB amendments case.
