Lahore: An accountability Court (AC) of Lahore extended judicial remand of Shahabz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz till January 26 in the money laundering case.
Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahabz presented before the AC Judge Jawad Ul Hassan after concluding 4-day judicial remand. The National Accountability prosecutor Asim Mumtaz and body’s two witnesses appeared before the court.
Shahabz Sharif said that he was not provided his medical report but it was informed that his medical report has been presented in the court.
During the course of the hearing the NAB witness deputy commissioner FBR Bilal Zameer statement was recorded while due to absence of Shahbaz Sharif counsel cross-questioning of the NAB witness Muhammad Sharif could not be happened
The court extending the judicial remand of Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahabz Sharif for six more days called witnesses on January 26.
