Peshawar: Assistant Commissioner (AC) Peshawar Shams Ul Islam succumbed to coronavirus.
The AC was hospitalized in the Hyatabad Medical Completed since he diagnosed with the virus. Shams Ul Islam was posted sub-division Shah Alam.
His funeral prayers will be offered in his ancestral area Dargaye.
It is pertinent to mention here that Chief Minister KP had awarded AC Shams Ul Islam a certificate of appreciation for outstanding service in the coronavirus situation at the Tourkham border.
