Lahore: Negligent bike riders of Punjab could not avoid one wheeling and speed even on 76th independence day yesterday which resulted into deaths of 17 people and injuring 1467 men and 306 women all across the province.
There were as many as 1659 accidents reported all across the province which resulted into death of 17 person.
On the other hand, 1467 men and 306 women were injured. The most of the injured transferred to near by hospitals where many of them are in critical condition.
In Lahore alone as many as 462 people were sustained injuries in overall 424 accidents in the city.
