Islamabad: An accountability court of Islamabad on Thursday ended permanent arrest warrants of sons of Nawaz Sharif, Hussain Nawaz and Hassan Nawaz till March 14.
The AC court pronounced the reserved verdict today.
During course of the hearing today, Qazi Misbah Ul Haq advocate said that all the accused in the reference have been acquitted from a high court.
He ensured the court that the elder and younger son, Hussain Nawaz and Hassan Nawaz will return to the country to appear before the court on March 12.
The counsel of sons of Nawaz Sharif, Qazi Misbah insisted the court to end the permanent warrants issued for Hussain and Hassan.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor Sohail Arif apprised the court that a two warrants have already been suspended.
Both the accused can surrender them to the court and they be appeared before the court.
Sohail Arif said that both the accused be allowed to appear before the court.
