KARACHI: A woman was killed in an acid attack incident in Gulistan- Johar .
According to the police, acid was thrown on a fifty-five-year-old woman in Gulistan-Johar, who was shifted to Jinnah Hospital, but she died. The woman who died of acid attack has been identified as Tanveer. The wife’s son said that two accused knocked on the door of the house, the accused threw acid on the mother as soon as they entered the house, the accused also tried to throw acid on the sister, but she ran away in the washroom.
According to the police, she was a victim of acid attack. The woman’s ex-son-in-law had been threatening her for six months. The police further said that two masked men entered the house and threw acid on the woman, while her daughter was hiding in the washroom. Further investigation is ongoing
