Lahore: Actor, Khawer Butt, who played many roles in film and TV breathed his last today.
His funeral prayer was offered in Purani AnarKali area of Lahore which attended by large numbers of showbiz fraternity.
Khawer included among most educated actors. He stepped in field of showbiz after completing graduation from MAO College.
He actively remained associated with entertainment world around 40 years. His old friend, Achi Khan said that “I and he worked together in the showbiz field at least 30 years.”
Achi Khan said that Khawar among one of the most hard working and honest actors in the field. He was habitual of praying five times a day.
He added that his friend never ever hurt anybody and prayed for his departed soul. Besides Achi Khan, Khawer Khan, Syed Faisal Bukhari, Altaf Hussain, Perveez Kaleem, Jarrar Rizvi and others also expressed sorrow over the actor demise.
