Karachi: Meteorological department has said that the air low pressure coming from India has intensified and turned into a depression which is currently present at South-West Rajishthan.
Owing to effect of this system the strong moonson winds are entering Sindh.
Whereas heavy rains with thunderstorm is likely to lash in Karachi from today evening till September 11 with equal interval of time.
The met department has warned that the low lying areas in Karachi, Thatha, Badin, Sujuwal and Hyderabad could come under the rainwater.
On the other hand, urban flooding is feared in Mirpurkhas, Shaheed Benazirabad, Tharparkar, Khairpur, Sukkur and Larkana.
Moreover, heavy downpour has bee continued in Thatha for last two hours.
