ISLAMABAD: The Federal Minister for Privatization and Investment Abdul Aleem Khan has praised Prime Minister’s committee on Ease of Doing Business
Abdul Aleem Khan Federal Minister for Privatization and Investment has directed to finalize proposals, legislation, and other important issues related to ease of doing business.
Aleem Khan said that to promote business in the country, an integrated system will be created with the cooperation of the federation and the provinces, and the problems faced by the special economic zones will be solved on a priority basis for the convenience of the business class.He presided over the meeting of the Prime Minister’s Committee on Ease of Doing Business.
Abdul Aleem Khan said “It is our first responsibility to remove the defects related to the existing system, institutions and procedures.” He said that the proposed investment and business promotion projects will be presented to the Prime Minister with a timeline.
Federal Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, Federal Commerce Minister Jam Kamal, and other relevant official also participated in the meeting. Aleem Khan said that the four provinces and their chief ministers would also be taken into confidence in this regard, adding that ease of doing business would provide a clear road map for the promotion of business in the country while its related proposals, legislation and other important issues would be finalized soon.
