Ali Amin’s non-bailable arrest warrants remain in effect

ISLAMABAD: In audio leak case, the non-bailable arrest warrants for the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, remain in effect.

Hearing of the audio leak case against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur was held in District and Sessions Courts Islamabad.

The hearing adjourned without proceeding due to the unavailability of Additional Sessions Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakakhel.

Ali Amin Gandapur did not appear in court today, and the lawyer for the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa also did not attend the court.

However, co-defendant Asad Farooq was present in court and marked his attendance.

Next hearing for the audio leak case will be held on March 25.
