Karachi: A Judicial Magistrate East has called reply after issuing notices to prosecutor, Investigation Officer (IO) and complainant in the case against Dania Shah for making public private video of her husband Amir Liaqut, till December 20.
It is pertinent to mention here that as the private videos of Amir Liaqut got viral on internet, he severely disturbed even said that he went into severe depression and after some time he lost his life.
Dani Shah was third wife of late Amir Liaqut Hussain, who was a religious scholar and TV host, politician, MNA and journalist. He was multi talented personality.
Dania Shah filed a bail plea in the court of Judicial magistrate East in the case to public private video of Amir Liaqut Hussain on social media platforms.
The petition adopted the view that Dania Shah that she didn’t make private video of Amir Liaqut Hussain from her mobile phone adding that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has not recovered any video from the mobile of her.
The petition claimed that Dania Shah is widow of Amir Liaqut Hussain and she has been targeted for demanding her part in the property of Amir Liaqut Hussain.
It further added that Dania didn’t upload any video of Amir Liaqut Hussain on the internet.
The counsel of Dania Shah said that the FIA without any investigation arrested Dania from Lodhran. The court had ordered to send Dania to Jail on December 17.
To which the Judicial Magistrate East issuing notices to prosecutor, IO and complainant and asked their respond till December 20.
