Rawalpindi: Chief of Awami Muslim League (AML) and main ally of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has been arrested from Rawalpindi.
Sources said that the AML chief was arrested from a private housing society phase four. Sheikh Rashid Ahmed counsel has confirmed his arrest.
The counsel apprised that his client has been transferred to unknown place.
It is pertinent to mention here that Sheikh Rashid Ahmed was out of scene since May 9 mayhem.
