London: Asia’s richest person Mukesh Ambani’s youngest son, Anant and his fiancee Radhika Merchant will reportedly host their wedding event at one of at the family’s magnificent London estate.
Renowned for their grandeur and exceptional hospitality, the Ambanis are expected to uphold their reputation with the event hosted at Stoke Park estate. While details about the theme of the function at Stoke Park remain undisclosed, it is rumored to be either a cocktail party or a sangeet night.
According to the sources the couple, who are set to marry in July this year, will host one event in Abu Dhabi while another event will be hosted at the Ambanis’ $71 million estate in Stoke Park, London.
Stoke Park, the 900-year-old estate is situated in Buckinghamshire and is one of the most luxurious properties in the United Kingdom. It has also appeared in two James Bond films.
The Stoke Park estate features 49 exquisite rooms, three fine dining restaurants, a 4,000-square-feet gym, a health centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 13 tennis courts, and a large golf course.
Over the years, Stoke Park Country Club has played host to numerous distinguished visitors and guests, including members of the Royal family, who frequented the estate during important celebrations and occasions.
While there are reports suggesting that Queen Elizabeth I may have resided on the premises in 1581, this historical detail remains relatively obscure.
However, The Ambani family reside in Mumbai and their home Antilia, which is worth Rs 15,000 crore, is the second most expensive property in the world after Buckingham Palace.
