Ankara: 51 killed in Gaziantep bomb blast laid to rest

ANKARA: Fifty-one people who died in a bomb blast in Ganziantep city are laid to rest at a local graveyard. Turkish President Tayyeb Erdogan has vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice while the US and other countries have condemned the blast.

The bomb attack targeted a wedding party in southeastern Turkish city of Gaziantep near Syrian border yesterday that killed 51 and injured 94. Erdogan said that Daesh could be involved in the attack.

The attacker is reported to be around 12-14-year old.

A statement issued from White House condemning the blast said that US Vice President will visit Turkey this week.
