Quetta (July 5, 2017): Already booked in murder of traffic police constable, Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Majeed Acakzai trapped another trouble, when a murder case registered against him unveiled.
The murder case of a person had filed against Majeed Achakzai in civil line police station in Quetta in 1992. The counsel of Majeed Naseebullah Tareen said that the case was registered in 1992 and he was sent more two days remand.
“However , he was stayed away from media due to security concerns,” he clarified.
MPA Majeed Achakzai was already on seven-day remand in cases of murder of traffic police warden and kidnapping of the owner of a private hospital, however he was handed over to police on two more days remand in murder case filed in 1992.
On June 24, Pashtunkhwa Mili Awami Party (PkMAP) MPA Abdul Majeed Achakzai, who has been arrested by police for running his vehicle over a sub-inspector of traffic police in Quetta, has been produced before the court and police has obtained his five-day physical remand.

Police had arrested Achakzai from his residence in the Satellite Town area of Quetta following a campaign on social media mounting pressure on the government to arrest him.
Police had produced Achakzai before a judicial magistrate, who remanded the accused to police custody for five days.
On June 28, Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has taken suo motu notice of the death of a traffic warden in Quetta, who was killed when a vehicle allegedly belonging to a Balochistan legislator ran him over few days ago.
The chief justice ordered inspector general of police Balochistan to submit a report into the incident within three days.
