ISLAMABAD: Another Pakistan Rangers Punjab official, Lance Naik Muhammad Tanveer, succumbed to injuries sustained during violent protests on November 25 and 26.
According to security sources, Punjab Rangers’ Lance Naik Muhammad Tanveer was injured in a violent incident.
Sources reported that Lance Naik Muhammad Tanveer was in a coma.
The martyred Lance Naik Muhammad Tanveer is survived by his wife, two sons, and three daughters.
It is noteworthy that during the PTI protest on November 26, miscreants ran over Rangers personnel with a vehicle on Srinagar Highway in Islamabad, resulting in the martyrdom of three Rangers personnel.
Security sources stated that the number of martyred Rangers personnel has now risen to four due to attacks by miscreants.
Additionally, two Punjab Police officers were martyred, and 119 were injured, while 11 Islamabad Police officers sustained serious injuries in the attacks.
