Anti-Pakistan propaganda exposed after Sydney attack

ISLAMABAD: Following the Sydney attack, a coordinated campaign to malign Pakistan has been exposed, with propaganda narratives proving to be false and misleading.

Indian media outlets circulated fabricated images and misinformation on social media as part of a deliberate and organized attempt to defame Pakistan. Turning a human tragedy into a political and propaganda battle is condemnable under all circumstances.

Viral videos and baseless allegations spread on social media have emerged as enemies of humanity, diverting attention from facts and compassion. This targeted campaign against Pakistan deliberately ignored the real human story behind the tragedy.

False videos and manipulated data were used to level accusations against Pakistan; however, no credible international or global source supported these claims. The allegations remained unsupported and unverified.

The organized spread of lies and propaganda aimed to damage Pakistan’s image globally, while overshadowing genuine acts of courage and human sacrifice displayed during the incident.

Muslim hero Ahmed Al-Ahmad demonstrated that bravery and humanity transcend religion, race, and nationality. His actions highlighted the true spirit of courage and compassion.

Terrorism has no connection to any nation, religion, or ethnicity. Responsible journalism, factual reporting, and empathy for victims are essential, especially during tragic events.

Terrorism is an enemy of humanity, and associating it with any particular nation or religion is highly irresponsible. The incident was the crime of an individual, and blaming an entire nation constitutes hate-mongering.

The apparent objective of targeting Pakistan was to divert attention from the real issues of extremism, victim support, and the peaceful identity of Muslims worldwide.
