Karachi/Quetta: Week-long anti-polio campaign begins in Sindh and Balochistan from tomorrow.
The Federal Secretary of Health Iftikhar Ali Shallwani inaugurated the national polio campaign by administering polio drops to children.
This pivotal campaign, scheduled from Feb 26 to Mar 3, aims to immunize over 45.8 million children under the age of 5 across the country.

During the campaign, children up to five years of age would be administered anti-polio drops.

Shallwani said that “Polio workers will be delivering this vital vaccine to your doorsteps next week. I implore you to recognize the threat posed by the polio virus to your children and ensure that you open your doors to facilitate their vaccination.”
