Islamabad: National Assembly (NA) standing committee on finance has been reconstituted appointing former finance minister Asad Umar as head of the committee.
Former finance minister Asad Umar has been appointed as head of the committee while notification in this regard has also been issued.
A formal meeting of the committee has also been called for the move.
Asad Umar has been made the member of the committee replacing his own party member Syed Basit Ahmed Sultan.
The former minister will also be going to head the committee while the earlier head of the committee Faiz Ullah will leave his post.
