DUBAI: In an important match of the Asia Cup T20 tournament, Pakistan has set UAE a target of 147 runs to win.

In the Group A match of the Asia Cup, UAE won the toss and invited Pakistan to bat first.For this match against UAE, Pakistan made two changes to their team. Sufiyan Maqeem and Fahim Ashraf were replaced by Haris Rauf and Khushdil Shah.

Pakistan scored 146 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the allotted 20 overs against UAE.Fakhar Zaman scored a half-century with 50 runs, while Shaheen Shah Afridi remained unbeaten with 29 runs off 14 balls.

Additionally, the other scores were: Saim Ayub 0, Sahibzada Fawad 5, captain Salman Agha 20, Hassan Niazi 3, Khushdil Shah and Mohammad Nawaz scored 4 runs each, and Mohammad Haris scored 18.

On the UAE side, Junaid Siddique took 4 wickets for 18 runs, dismissing four players, while Sarmad Jit Singh took 3 wickets.

It is noteworthy that the team winning this match will advance to the Super Four stage, while the losing team’s journey in the tournament will end.
