Islamabad: Asia Cup will be played from August 30 to September 17 while the initial four 50-over One-Day-International (ODI) matches are going to be play in Pakistan.
The first match and the brief and decent inauguration ceremony will be held in Multan on August 30. While Sri Lanka will host all nine remaining matches including the final of the tournament.
The Asia Cup will be played with a hybrid model as Pakistan will host Nepal in Multan on August 30. Group B teams Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will collide in Lahore on August 31.
Bangladesh and Afghanistan to face each other in Lahore on September 3. On the ohter hand Afghanistan will take on Sri Lanka on September 5.
The vital battle of the Asia Cup between the arch rivals India and Pakistan to be played at Candy in Sri Lanka on September 2.
Whereas the two opponents will clash with each other again on September 10. In a case of qualifying for final, the two teams can also come face to face.
The all the matches of the Asia Cup will start at 2:30 pm and toss will be held on 2 pm.
