Accountability Court Rawalpindi issued arrest warrants of three prosecution witnesses for no show in the assets case against former president Asif Ali Zardari.
Zardari’s lawyer Farooq H. Naik objected calling prosecution witnesses over which NAB’s lawyer argued that their statements could be recorded.
The court has directed the translator of foreign documents included in NAB reference Dr Najma, Naseer Ahmed Mian, and bank expert Najmul Saqib on the next hearing.
