Karachi (October 21, 2017): An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Saturday adjourned hearing of cases relating to facilitating incendiary speeches of MQM founder, attack on media houses and other charges against MQM-P Chief Farooq Sattar, Amir Khan and others till Nov 7, 2017.
The ATC heard the cases against the MQM-P leaders. Qamar Mansoor, Shahid Pasha, Mehfooz Yar Khan, Amjadullah Khan, Prof. Hassan Zafar and other others appeared before the court.

MQM-P chief Farooq Sattar did not appear before the court due to illness. His counsel filed an application in the court seeking exemption for him from personal appearance.The court while accepting the plea directed the counsel to ensure his client appearance before the court in next date of hearing.
Due to Sattar absence, the copies of the cases could not be handed over to the accused. On next date of hearing the copies of the cases would be provided to the accused so that charges could be framed against them.The court adjourned hearing of the case till Nov 7, 2017.
MQM-P chief Sattar and others leader including Amir Khan, Qamar Mansoor, Shahid Pasha, Gulfaraz Khattak have been booked in the cases for facilitating the incendiary speeches of MQM founder Altaf Hussain, attacking on media houses and others.
