Karachi (Sep 8, 2017): An anti-terrorism court on Friday extended interim bail granted to Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) Chief Dr Farooq Sattar, Amir Khan and other party leaders in media houses attack case.
Dr Farooq Sattar, Amir Khan and other appeared before the court. The court announced its verdict on the bail application of Satter and other accused in the media houses attack case.
The court extended the bail granted to the accused. The court adjourned further heating till September 23, 2017.
Talking to media after the hearing, Farooq Sattar said that they disassociated themselves from London before the whole world. He added that they were stand by their decision of August 23, 2016.
He expressed the hope that those who had nothing to do with August 22 provocative speech would be acquitted.
On the occasion, Sattar condemned the massacre of Rohingya Muslims.
