ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court has approved bail for eight Pakistan Tehreek-Insaf underage activists in the PTI protest case in Islamabad.
As per detail, Judge Abulhasnaat Zulqarnain approved the bail petitions of several underage children, with orders set to be passed to the jail authorities soon. Among the children granted bail, two were from Rawalpindi, three from Afghanistan, and one each from Bajaur, Mardan, and Kahuta.
In a related development, the Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) discharged 32 individuals arrested in connection with the PTI protests, clearing them of all charges. The accused were presented before the ATC Islamabad late at night after being sent for an identification parade.
The case was heard by ATC Judge Abulhasnaat Zulqarnain, with the accused represented by their lawyer, Ansar Kiani.
