RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has once again issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Aleema Khan, marking the fifth such order.
ATC Rawalpindi Judge Amjad Ali Shah presided over the case involving 11 accused individuals, including Aleema Khan, in connection with the protest held on November 26.
While five prosecution witnesses and 10 other defendants attended the hearing, Special Prosecutor Zaheer Shah was also present with his team. However, no legal representative appeared on behalf of Aleema Khan.
As a result, the judge issued a fifth non-bailable arrest warrant against her and postponed the proceedings until October 30.
It is worth mentioning that the court has already directed the blocking of Aleema Khan’s identity card, passport, and bank accounts.
