KARACHI: An Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) on Tuesday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) chief Farooq Sattar and others in the provocative speech case.
The ATC heard the case regarding provocative speech of MQM founder Altaf Hussain.
During Tuesday’s hearing, MQM-P leader Khwaja Izharul Hassan appeared before the court.
On non-appearance, the ATC issued non-bailable arrest warrants for MQM-P chief Farooq Sattar and others and adjourned further hearing till January 26, 2017.
