GUJRANWALA: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Gujranwala ordered to confiscation the property of 51 Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders including Hammad Azhar, Murad Saeed, Zartaj Gul and other in case related to May 9 riots.
According to sources the court ordered to confiscate the properties of the 51 accused and declare them as advertisers, including Morad Saeed, Hamad Azhar, Farrukh Habib, Umar Ayub, Ali Amin Gandapur and Zartaj Gul. Apart from this, Zubair Niazi, Akram Sahi, Shaukat Bhatti, Ahmed Chatta, Bilal Ejaz and Zafarullah Cheema are also included in this list.
The anti-terrorism court of Gujranwala continued the process of declaring 51 accused involved in the case as advertisers and ordered to display advertisements at the houses of the accused and important places of the city
It should be noted that PTI founder Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Parvez Elahi, Yasmin Rashid and Ejaz Chaudhry are also accused in the May 9 case, but all five persons are in custody
