Karachi(May 15, 2017): Anti-Terrorism Court here once again issued non-bailable warrants of absconding suspects Farooq Sattar, Amir Khan, Arif advocate, and others in the case pertaining to inciting and inflammatory speech by chief of MQM at a public gathering and riots that followed in August last year.
Declaring the police report unsatisfactory the court also directed SSP Investigation Adeel Chandio to appear before the court at all cost at next hearing.

SSP Chandio was slightly injured when he was hit by a shell during yesterday’s unrest in Karachi during the march called by Pak Sarzameen Party on the Chief Minister House. According to police report he was unable to appear in the court as he had to bed rest. the court had called the SSP along with the report.
Altaf Hussain has already been declared a proclaimed offender.
The court adjourned the hearing of all the case till May 31.
