BANNU: Terrorists have carried out a second attack within two days on the Fatah Khel police post in Bannu, claiming the lives of two police officers.
Two personnel were killed in the shootings, 2 injured, proceedings to search for terrorists launched, told police
Bannu district police officer (DPO) confirmed that this was the second attack on the same checkpoint within 48 hours.
The night before, terrorists had launched an assault on the Fatah Khel police post; however, security forces successfully thwarted the attack with rapid countermeasures.
