All-rounder Sohaib Malik and Wicker Keeper Mohammad Rizwan woke up on Wednesday morning with “light flu and low fever”.
They were tested for Covid-19 but the tests came negative. Officials advised them to miss the training session on Wednesday.
However, the players reported back on Thursday morning saying they are now fit to play the semifinal.
A medical penal has cleared both Shoaib and Rizwan to play semi final against Australia .

Both teams are expected to be unchanged after settling on winning formulas through the group stage.
Australia’s one potential switch would be to add some bowling depth by replacing Mitchel Marsh with Ashton Agar, but the one time that option was tried in the Super 12 stage it failed to trouble England, so Marsh’s place is likely secure.
