Lahore: Australian High Commissioner (AHC) in Pakistan Neil Hawkins on Tuesday called on chief organizer of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Maryam Nawaz at later residence in Jati Umra.
The AHC expressed congratulation to senior vice-president of the party over getting the party key post while Maryam Nawaz at the occasion said that Pakistan and Australia have a historic partnership.
Maryam Nawaz said that the Pakistani present in Australia are source of the strong relationship between the two countries.
She said “We see Australia with respect over its role in providing education opportunities to Pakistani students in its country.”

She said that Pakistan wanted bilateral relations with Australia in field of education, culture, trade and investment included various other fields.
