Court has adjourned currency smuggling case against Ayyan Ali without any proceeding and has returned the request to take Ayyan Ali’s passport back by imposing objections.
The special court of custom’s judge Rana Aftab Ahmed heard Ayyan Ali smuggling case in Rawalpindi, his lawyer Khurram Latif Khosa told the court that flights coming from Karachi are delayed due to bad weather.
Meanwhile, accused did not receive any court order to be summoned, court has adjourned the hearing till August 17.
