Colombo: Pakistan skipper Babar Azam has achieved another milestone as he became second player in the world who scored 10 centuries in the T-20 cricket.
Baber Azam while playing Lanka Premier League from a batsman of Colombo strikers hit 10th ton while he also played a vital role to achieve a big score from his team.
The match which was played at Hambntota, opponent team set a target of 189. While chasing the target Baber Azam hit a 10th century.
He also helped his team to embrace victory and got two points. Besides that he also scored partnership of 111 along with Patham Nisanka in a first wicket.
Baber Azam scored 105 runs while playing 59 balls. His innings included five 6’s and eight 4’s. New commer player Muhammad Nawaz led the team to victory by hiting one 6 and 4.
It is pertinent to mention here that Baber Azam is first Asian and second world player who made 10 century in the short format cricket.
