LAHORE: Hearing schedule for bail applications of Imran Khan in eight cases related to May 9 has been set.
A two-member bench of Lahore High Court will hear Imran Khan’s applications on May 8. The bench includes Justice Syed Shahbaz Ali Rizvi and Justice Tariq Mahmood Bukhari.
Imran Khan’s legal representatives have completed their arguments, while the special prosecutor will present his case. Imran Khan has filed for bail in cases including the attack on Jinnah House and others in Lahore High Court.
On April 29, the two-member bench that was hearing Imran Khan’s bail applications was dissolved. The bench included Justice Syed Shehbaz Ali Rizvi and Justice Tariq Salim Sheikh.
Imran Khan had filed for bail in Lahore High Court on January 11, 2025, in eight cases related to the attack on Jinnah House and May 9 incidents.
