LAHORE: Bangladesh has eased visa requirement for Pakistanis, online visas will now be available.
Bangladesh’s Ambassador, Mohammad Iqbal Khan, visited the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and gave a speech. He stated that the culture and civilization of Lahore do not require any introduction, and the people of Bangladesh share a bond of love with the people of Pakistan, he emphasized that increasing cooperation between the two countries is the need of the hour.
He mentioned that the Lahore Chamber of Commerce can play a role in boosting bilateral trade between Pakistan and Bangladesh, and the people of Bangladesh hold Pakistan in high regard. Both countries need to strengthen their economic and trade cooperation.
The Bangladeshi Ambassador further stated that Bangladesh has simplified visa requirements for Pakistanis, and Pakistani citizens can now apply for a Bangladeshi visa online.
Lahore Chamber President, Mian Abu Zar Shad, expressed that they are eager to enhance trade with Bangladesh and that their delegations will soon visit Bangladesh.
