Islamabad: A three-member bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) hearing an intra-court appeal in the cipher case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman on Thursday dissolved.
The PTI chairman has filed an intra-court appeal in the cipher case against the trial of the case under the official secret act and its judge appointment in the case.
Member of the bench Arbab Muhammad Tahir rescued himself from the bench. He said that he is totally agreed with observation of Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb.
He requested that the case be given to any other bench comprising judges except him.
Now a two-member bench comprising Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb and Suman Riffat will hear the intra- court appeal of former premier.
