Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s 94th Birth Anniversary observed in Pakistan on Wednesday.
Former Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was born in Larkana on January 5, 1928. He married Nusrat Bhutto in 1951.
He won everyone’s hearts when entered into politics, after which he emerged as the major party of West Pakistan in General elections of the 1970s.
Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto reconstructed Pakistan after December 1971. Democratic and Constitutional reforms were introduced during his regime.He liberated 90 thousand prisoners of war and re-acquired five thousand miles of land from India. Steel Mills, Port Qasim including other big institutions were established during his regime. He was also honoured as leader of the people.
Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto is still worthy to follow among politicians in Pakistan due to his spellbinding personality. His opponents still imitate his style of politics.
