United States President Joe Biden has formally signed the ‘instruments of ratification’ endorsing Finland and Sweden’s accession to NATO.
Addressing the signing ceremony in Washington, he said by joining NATO, Finland and Sweden are making a sacred commitment that an attack against one is an attack against all.
Joe Biden said he has urged the remaining NATO members to speedily finish their own ratification process.
