ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that “PTI is planning to bulldoze finance bill without debating it in National Assembly.”
Heard PTI plans to bulldoze finance bill through the National Assembly without any debate. True test for Speaker, will he act like a PTI worker and allow for violation of NA rules or will he conduct his duties properly and maintain the dignity of his office and the house?

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in his message on micro-blogging site Twitter said that It was testing time for Speaker either he violated parliament rules as PTI member or established sanctity of parliament by following parliament rules.
