LARKANA: The chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto on Saturday directed the concern authorities to take immediate and concrete measures to overcome the menace of the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) in the province, particularly in Larkana.

According to details, Bilawal made the instruction while chairing a meeting over rapidly spreading aids in the province as Sindh AIDS Control program manager Dr Sakandar Memon briefed the meeting over the steps taken to overcome the menace.

Bilawal stressed the effective and comprehensive strategy to cope with the Aids.

Chief minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah, provincial health minister Azra Pohecho, information advisor Murtaza Wahab, Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner Larkana also attended the meeting.
