EGYPT: A senior Egyptian prosecutor general survived a bid on life when a car parked road side exploded while he was on his way home in New Cairo district of capital Cairo.
Aziz and his entourage escaped unhurt though a passerby was wounded in the blast.
It may be mentioned that Egypt prosecutor general Hisham Barakat was killed in a car bomb attack three months ago in June as his motorcade passed by near his home.
