Karachi: Caretaker Chief Minister Sindh Maqbool Baqir has ordered to remove Shaheer Waqar belonging to Information Technology (IT) work in Board of intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) over involving in an alleged fraud in the intermediate examinations result.
It is pertinent to mention here that thousands of students who appeared in Intermediate science students were declared failed which compelled students to protests.
The Jamat-e-Islami (JI) also staged protest outside the inter-board along with the students and their parents.
An investigation committee formed on the matter has recommended to give students 15 percent additional marks belonging to intermediate pre-engineering, pre-medical and general science.
