Caribbean Premier League 2025 is set to kick off in August

Web desk : 13th edition of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) will take place from August 14 to September 21, 2025.

The 13th edition of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) is scheduled to run from August 14 to September 21, 2025, as confirmed by Cricket West Indies (CWI) and the CPL.

The tournament will maintain its uninterrupted schedule with no overlap with West Indies international fixtures, according to the CPL’s statement.

As in previous editions, the 2025 CPL will feature 30 league-stage matches with six teams, followed by four playoff games: the eliminator, two qualifiers, and the grand final.

CPL Chief Executive Pete Russell expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming season. “We are pleased to have once again worked with Cricket West Indies to find a window that allows the very best players from across the region to take part in the CPL,” Russell said.

He added, “The 2024 season was our most successful to date, and we are looking forward to building on that success in 2025.”
