Islamabad: Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) on Wednesday rejected the insistence of formation of a full court the case against civilians trials in military court case.
The SC six-members bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandiyal comprising Justice Muzahir Naqvi, Justice Ijaz Ul Ahsan, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Aysha Malik heard the multiple petitions against civilians trial in military courts.
The SC remarked that the constitution of full court can’t be possible before September. Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandiyal said that someone like or not we will contine our work.
The CJ said that people of the country will decide which law prevail in the country.
The hearing of the cases prorogued till tomorrow.
