The Anti-Terrorism Court of Islamabad has approved the bail application for Iman Mazari and Ali Wazir in the case involving charges of intimidation, incitement, and sedition.
ATC Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain presided over the bail plea hearing of human rights advocate Iman Mazari and Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) member Ali Wazir following their detention. The proceedings took place at the Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court. The prosecutor Raja Naveed, along with Shireen Mazari and attorney Safai A., were present during the court session.
The court granted bail to Imaan Mazari and Ali Wazir upon payment of a sum of 30,000 rupees.
It is important to mention that Iman Mazari was previously granted bail in the case registered at Tarnol police station, which led to his release. On the other hand, Ali Wazir has submitted a bail application in connection with the case registered at Tarnol police station.
